I became a mother to a baby boy in 2020. This was just at
the beginning of the pandemic, and because of this, my family couldn’t be with us to give us any support. This is when the journey of being sleep deprived beganfor both my husband and me.
My son wouldn’t sleep unless I was holding, rocking, or nursing him. I expected that as the months passed and my son grew, he would settle better when I put him in his crib. That never happened, and as a result, we were severely sleep deprived. That’s when I really understood the importance of sleep for both babies and their parents.

Every child and family is unique. Many families notice smoother bedtimes, deeper naps or fewer night wakings within the first week or two of consistent implementation. I’ll support you steadily, adjusting the plan as your child grows and your family evolves.

When travel, illness, developmental leaps or regressions occur, we’ll adapt together rather than allowing you to feel like you’re starting over. You’ll have the tools and support to navigate bumps in the journey and resume smoother sleep rhythms.
